98% satisfied customers – again!

We would like to say THANK YOU to all our customers who took the time to complete our customer survey this year. To show our appreciation, we have now donated SEK 10,200 to the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation. So, what about the results of the survey? We are immensely proud and happy to confirm that 98% of our customers responded that they would work with Avalon again!

“It’s almost too good to be true,” says Helene Högberg, CEO of Avalon Innovation. “We provide our customers with huge value, so this is the greatest acknowledgement of what we do. It means that our business developers have paired our customers’ needs and our expertise perfectly, while our consultants have performed at their very best.”

The Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation works to fight the most common cause of death among children aged 1 to 14. Every day, around 50 children — that’s two school classes — die of cancer. The disease has a devastating impact on the children affected and on their loved ones.

As the single biggest contributor to child cancer research in Sweden, the Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation has long been at the centre of the fight against childhood cancer. The foundation plays a key role in combatting the disease and is almost exclusively funded by private and corporate donations.
