Aima – Matching the right consultant with the right assignment

So, what’s the problem?

Time. Matching challenges with expertise simply takes time. That’s why we began exploring automation for parts of this process. This is where Aima comes into the picture.

Aima is an AI developed to match consultants with assignments. What she does is scan all consultants’ profiles and, based on this information, provide an assessment of who is best suited.

She ranks them based on skills, location, and other requirements specified in the assignment description. The consultants are anonymized and not accessible outside Aima. Another thing she excels at is understanding and compensating for skill gaps. For example, if an assignment is nearly a perfect match but the consultant lacks a specific skill, this might halt the matching process. However, Aima evaluates the consultant’s other skills and determines whether they compensate for the missing one and, if not, assesses how challenging it would be for the consultant to acquire that skill.

These are just a few of the things she is great at. New requests keep coming in, and she becomes more useful with each passing day.
