Avalon Innovation has appointed Johanna Bergquist as the Head of People & Culture. As of the 1st of March, 2019, she will begin this entirely new position in the company which involves strategic HR and recruitment responsibilities that focus on our company culture and employee experience.
Johanna Bergquist has had an exciting career journey at Avalon Innovation. In 2016 she stepped into her role as a recruiter, and with her energy, goal focus, passion for people, and strong drive, it didn’t take long before she was offered new roles within the company. Within the course of a year, Johanna evolved as a Recruitment Manager & Team Leader and has since brought together many of the talents working at the company today!

Strong first half year for Avalon
Our consultants were in demand during the first half of the year, and this trend appears to be continuing into the second half as well, with strong growth in UX, software, project management, and mechanics, both in terms of assignments and projects.
