Just before we went off to enjoy some summer warmth and relaxation, Avalon Innovation took a strategically important step in its investment towards becoming the leading innovation company in Scandinavia. We opened our doors in Copenhagen, with a clear emphasis on helping our international clients with their projects, in Denmark and beyond. With our new colleague, Business Manager Henrik Jeppesen, we’ve already started the first projects with a number of customers. Henrik is a truly valuable addition to our business team. He turns existing perspectives on their head, offers new ways of looking at things, and absolutely loves meeting our customers and team members. He brings more than 30 years of experience in running major projects for international clients. Thanks to his background in industrial design and innovation, we’re able to future-proof our customers. With our teams just over the Sound in Malmö and Helsingborg, we’re more than ready to start working with our Danish colleagues.

Jonathan Nilsson takes on the role as Regional Manager
Jonathan will be responsible for our team within design, mechanics, technical writing and software in Helsingborg as well as software and technical writing in Malmö.
Patrik Enarsson takes on the role as Business Director South
The position entails a key role in the management team and an overall business responsibility for half of our turnover distributed in Helsingborg, Malmö, Karlshamn, Karlskrona, Växjö, Ljungby and Linköping.
Avalon contributes to winners of the Red Dot Design Awards
Our customer Axis Communications took home the win for the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2023. We at Avalon have been involved in the design of the products in close collaboration with Axis' internal ID department.
Avalon Talent Program
From over 100 applicants, we have selected 6 consultants for our talent program - Avalon Talent Program. With skills in mechanics and software, they are ready for assignments starting August 23, 2023.
