Hurrah! A full year has passed since we started our Female Network RAKEL, and the support has been incredible! From Umea to Malmo we meet – simultaneously – in digital meetings on wildly diverging subjects. Spurring, energy and experience-sharing have become natural part in our meetings, and at regular intervals external educators are invited. During the last meeting we received an online course in yoga and wise advice on how to find balance between work, life, and technology. The Network has become a natural meeting point for Avalon’s women and leads towards new contacts that result in new possibilities, new points of view and new lessons to us, both as individuals and for the whole organization.
Johanna Eriksson, Jessica Nylin and Agneta Andersson are the initiators of RAKEL. With their energy and passionate dedication to Employer Branding we’ve realised after this year how much we appreciate RAKEL here at Avalon.
Soon it’s time for our offices in Stockholm and Malmo to celebrate the one-year anniversary with food, mingling, surprises and bubbly. Everyone is welcome!
