It can also involve producing intuitive user manuals in traditional paper format or as an interactive solution for online and mobile devices.

We can also use the information we obtain in an information analysis as a basis for e-learning material and product configurators. It could be, for example, a configurator that simply takes salespeople and consumers to the most beneficial product variants, from both a manufacturer’s and a user’s perspective, or a training module for a global service organisation. It can be a good idea in these contexts to reuse existing material such as CAD models, images and animations.
