After several years of research and development within induction technology by the team at TC TECH of Sweden AB, where we also have focused on rapid sheet metal heating, HARDGRID Technology AB is launched.
The market demands solutions that increase production efficiency, reduce energy consumption, flexible manufacturing, tailored material properties and reduce investment costs. The furnaces used in most thermal sheet metal production processes could be replaced with the HARDGRID induction technology. This allows for a novel approach of thermal treatment, enabling tailored materials in efficient and flexible manufacturing. The tests conducted in collaboration with industry leaders in the automotive industry, show a potential to become a real game changer.
